Wheels Up Processing LLC

1. Who we are

Wheels Up Processing LLC ("Wheels Up," "we," "us," "our") is a contract mortgage processing company serving licensed mortgage brokers and loan officers. Our website is currently pre-launch.

2. Information you provide

We collect information through our waitlist form. We ask for:

• Identity and contact details: full name, work email address, brokerage or company name, and phone number (optional).
• Professional details: your role, the states where you operate, your monthly closed-loan volume range, and your current processing model.
• Your feedback: your selections from "What matters most" and your written response about what you want from a processor that you are not getting today.
• Consent choices: whether you checked the email-updates box or the phone/text box, the exact wording shown beside each box, and the date and time each choice was recorded. A consent timestamp is recorded only when the corresponding box is checked.
• Submission details: a system-generated submission ID, the page where you submitted the form, the page where you first entered our site, the referring page address when available, campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, and campaign) when present, and the version of this privacy policy shown at submission.

Both the email-updates box and the phone/text box are optional and unchecked by default. Joining the waitlist does not require you to agree to promotional email, phone calls, or text messages.

3. Information you must not submit

Our waitlist is for mortgage broker and loan officer business information only. Do not submit borrower names, borrower contact information, loan numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or any other consumer or loan-file information. We are pre-launch and are not accepting loan files.

If prohibited borrower or consumer loan information is submitted, we will not use it for marketing or processing. We will restrict access and delete or securely remove it as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to security, backup, and legal requirements.

4. Technical information processed automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the site. This may include IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, pages requested, the date and time of requests, referring pages, and security and server logs used to detect abuse and troubleshoot issues.

Our hosting provider is Netlify.

We do not copy this technical information into waitlist records, and we do not intentionally collect or store IP addresses in our waitlist database.

Our site loads no third-party resources in the browser: fonts, styles, scripts, and images are served with the site itself. Our site does not set cookies. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or behavioral tracking.

5. How we use information

We use waitlist information to:

• Maintain and administer the waitlist and respond to launch interest.
• Send launch updates and relevant Wheels Up news, only if you checked the email-updates box.
• Contact you by phone or text about the waitlist and launch, only if you checked the phone/text box.
• Understand what independent mortgage brokers and loan officers need from a processing partner so we can prioritize what we build.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Comply with legal obligations, including consent and communications record-keeping.

6. Your choices: consent, unsubscribing, and deletion

• Email updates: every launch email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
• Phone and text messages: reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts, or contact us to withdraw your phone consent.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your waitlist record. Contact us using the details below and we will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
• After you opt out: when you unsubscribe or reply STOP, we keep a minimal suppression record where necessary so we can honor your request and avoid contacting you again.

7. Service providers

We use the following providers to operate the waitlist and website:

• Airtable — stores waitlist submissions, consent records, and timestamps.
• Netlify — hosts the website.

No marketing email or text-message provider has been selected. Promotional messages will not begin until a provider is selected, configured, and named in this policy.

Our providers process information on our behalf in order to provide their services to us, as set out in their terms. They are not permitted by us to sell it or use it for their own advertising.

8. Data retention

We generally retain active waitlist records for up to 24 months after the individual's last interaction with Wheels Up. We may delete records sooner when they are no longer needed. We may retain limited consent, unsubscribe, suppression, security, or legal-compliance records for longer when reasonably necessary.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including storing it with established providers that offer their own access controls and encryption, and limiting who can access waitlist records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. No sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are directed to mortgage industry professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a child has submitted information, we will delete it.

12. Text messaging

Checking the phone/text box records your consent choice as described in section 2. No text messages will be sent until a messaging provider is selected, configured, and named in this policy, and the consent language and delivery process are finalized.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on our website with a new effective date. We will communicate material changes to waitlist members using the contact information they provided.
