1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of wheelsupprocessing.com. By using this website or submitting the waitlist form, you acknowledge these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.

2. Pre-launch website

Wheels Up Processing LLC is currently pre-launch and is not accepting loan files.

This website provides general information about services Wheels Up intends to offer. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer, processor, employment, agency, fiduciary, or contractual service relationship. It does not guarantee onboarding, service availability, pricing, capacity, launch timing, or availability in any particular state.

Any future processing relationship will require separate approval and written agreements.

3. No lending or origination

Wheels Up Processing LLC is a third-party mortgage processing company. Wheels Up does not originate, underwrite, approve, fund, or commit to make mortgage loans.

Nothing on this website is a loan offer, loan approval, lending commitment, financial recommendation, legal advice, or advice regarding a particular borrower, lender, loan product, rate, or transaction.

Loan officers and mortgage brokers remain responsible for origination, product selection, pricing, lender selection, required loan-officer activities, and the borrower relationship.

4. Waitlist submissions

The waitlist is intended for independent mortgage brokers, loan officers, processors, and mortgage-industry operations professionals.

You agree to provide accurate professional and business information. Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to purchase services and does not obligate Wheels Up to provide services.

Email and phone/text permissions are optional. Wheels Up will use those permissions as explained beside the form and in the Privacy Policy.

5. Do not submit borrower information

Do not submit loan files or borrower information through this website or waitlist, including borrower names, contact information, loan numbers, Social Security numbers, financial records, account numbers, income documents, credit information, or other consumer information.

If prohibited information is submitted, Wheels Up may restrict access to it and delete or securely remove it as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to security, backup, and legal requirements.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, form endpoint, Airtable records, hosting systems, or related services.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person or organization, or use automated systems to create fraudulent submissions.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Wheels Up Processing name, logo, website design, graphics, copy, and other original content are owned by Wheels Up Processing LLC or used with permission. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the website.

The website may use or link to third-party services. Wheels Up does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update these terms as the website and business develop. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
